Este Kitchen Breakfast

This lovely little cafe tucked away in the Greenback area of Easton is described as gourmet coffee and South American street food. My cousin grew up in Easton and was outraged and described it as the gentrification of Easton however I entirely disagree! This is a small local business using locally sourced ingredients and with a latin flavour.

i chose the Açai Bowl - Acai super berry puree served with Este Granola however they had run out so I went for Este Kitchen Granola - served with Greek yoghurt and Chia seeds and I have to say the portion was generous and served in a gorgeous wooden bowl with plenty of honey. The granola was crunchy and sweet and the yoghurt was fresh and tangy.

My coffee was massive and smoky and strong.

The staff are friendly but the service was a little slow and they often seem to run out of ingredients.

Would definitely go again and highly recommend this lovely little cafe.
