Boston Tea Party recently changed their menu and there is more choice available.
All dairy and meat produce is free range and everything is locally sourced. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The coffee is delicious and the company supports the charity Coffee Kids.
Breakfasts:
Veggie
I regularly order the vegetarian breakfast, which is generous and tasty without too much grease. They do seem to give you a lot of mushrooms and not so much of the good stuff like roast potatoes, but the staff are always happy to ask the kitchen to give you less and even change options.
Vegan
Boring to be honest. The vegetarian options are good at BTP but the vegan is pretty unimaginative
West Country Breakfast
Meat eaters delight! I don't eat meat however my friend really enjoyed the West Country Brekkie saying 'Really tasty and delicious, not covered in oil and all cooked really nicely. Nice amount of beans and eggs and plenty of meat.'
Brown Rice Porridge
Was presented nicely in a brown crockery bowl with slices of mango on the top. Smelled delicious but texture was like baby food and there wasn't a lot of it. Tasted nice but a little bit disappointing.
Spelt Granola with Banana and Organic Milk
Ordered this for my niece who took one mouthful and said she didn't like it. On tasting it I thought it was OK but not very exciting. probably a healthy version of granola!
